I noticed #neighbors is no longer a link. On these the warning text is not centered on each page.

I wonder if the warning text looks uncentered because of how I cropped the screenshots. Next time I’m low balance I’ll check it out - thanks!
The neighbors screen was an ambiguous page that didn’t seem to convey the “liveness” for troubleshooting information that people really wanted. Once we get a better idea of how to present that info we’ll add it back.
